Returns and Exchanges

Items returned in resalable condition will gladly be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt of order. Items that are not in resalable condition (no tags, out of original packaging, etc.) will have a 30% restocking fee deducted from the refund. Items that are returned up to 60 days from purchase date are eligible for even exchanges or in-store credit only. Returns made beyond the 60-day mark will not be accepted. Please enclose a copy of the packing slip with reason for return and exchange information and ship:

Shipping and Delivery

Most items that are shipped domestically are delivered within 7-10 business days after receipt of your order. Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes and could arrive separately. 

Shipping rates do not apply to oversized and overweight items .Some of our oversized products are shipped direct from the manufacturer and additional freight charges will apply. Please call our sales department to order these special items and to receive a shipping quote.  

Estimated arrival dates do not apply to deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Some items require an adult 21+ signature for delivery.

Visit www.jmcremps.com and place your order. When you register, please be sure to include a valid e-mail address and telephone number, so you can be reached for correspondence purposes. If we cannot reach you, your order cannot be processed.

As with every order, JM Cremp’s will send your package via the most efficient method to get your items to you as soon as possible. However, due to various customs, duties and taxes—transit delays may occur. The following process will be used for all international orders:

 

Customs and Import Duty Fees
Your order may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes which will be assessed once your package reaches your country. JM Cremp's does not collect import duties, fees or taxes for international orders and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. In most cases, the carrier will try to collect duty or taxes when the package is delivered. We are not responsible for any import duties, fees or taxes levied by your government. It is solely your responsibility to investigate and understand these associated costs prior to purchase. If your package is refused during transit for any reason, no refund will be provided. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
